Rental Application Requirements

Rental Application

Each adult (18+) planning to live in the unit must complete an application. The fee is $50 per applicant, submitted securely online through Appfolio, our property management system. 

Valid Photo ID

A driver’s license, state ID, or passport is required. 

Proof of Income (2.5x Rent)

Submit recent pay stubs, bank statements, or other documents that show your monthly income is at least 2.5 times the rent. 

Rental History

Provide contact information for current and previous landlords. Good rental history is required—no evictions. 

Background & Credit Check

A credit score of 560 or higher is required, with no active collections. We also require no felony convictions on record. 

Security Deposit

Equal to one month’s rent, due upon approval to hold the unit.
